Social Action/ Tikun Olam Regional General Board Page

Hey, CRUSY! My name is Seth Rau and I am your Social Action/Tikun Olam Online chairperson. I oversee this part of the website as my main job on RGB. In addition, I hope to be starting up a program with goodsearch.com to help raise more money for our region. This year I am the President of my chapter Northern Hills (NHUSY) in Cincinnati, Ohio in addition to being a senior at the Seven Hills School. I truly love everything about USY and especially my Eastern Europe/Israel Pilgrimage Group (Group 7). Please tell me what you want to see on the website, because it can likely become a reality. I am looking forward to a great senior year and if you have any questions feel free to drop me an e-mail at srau@cinci.rr.com.

Shalom CRUSY. I’m Shira Rascoe your 2007-2008 T.O. Money Maker. I’m a 10th grade visual art student at the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in Pittsburgh and a member of BGUSY. I have high hopes for our region. I’m sure that we can increase the amount of T.O. money this year. Some of my ideas to increase that are to hold Shabbat-O-Gram contests for a new design for each convention, a stock market simulation at Fall Boards, bringing back Penny Wars, and starting a CRUSY best picture contest. If any of you have any ideas, I’d love to hear about them. You can e-mail me at flowergirlshira@verizon.net. My goal is to make this the year the most successful it can be and make giving T.O. money fun as well as rewarding. I hope that you all find a cause that you really care about, so that you can enjoy helping people as much as I do. Have a great year CRUSY!

Hi! My name is Todd Siegal. I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I’m in 11th grade. On my chapter (ParkUSY) board I am SA/TO Vice President and on this year’s RGB, I’m the SA/TO chairperson, and in addition I am now on Mem/Kad IGB (but my heart is with SA/TO). My job is to assist all projects that Jacob Hutt is working on. Whether is be the theme of the month, the SA/TO silent auction, collections at regional events, or regional programming, it is my job to ensure that SA/TO this year, as in year’s past, is successful and effective. It is my personal responsibility to ensure that SA/TO is a fun and interactive experience for all USYers and that SA/TO itself be taken as far as it can physically go. I look forward to a largely productive year and I am always open to comments or suggestions. My email is TDUDe09@alltel.net and my cell # is 216-659-1914. Thank you in advance for all of your support!
